Exercise by Coach Holder
2010-06-18
Monaco and France has showed us some serious weather. Rained like it was no tomorrow yesterday. (So, it didn't rain that much since it's today today...but it did rain very hard. People stopped on the high way because you couldn't see more than 5 yards in front of your car. Anyway, it rained. Enough.)
But waking up today we got a completely different view...
On the way to Terre Blanche GC.
Tried out an exercise Coach Holder thaught us in college. Tee it up in the corner of the tees so you have to curve it around trees to hit the fairway. Show you in pics below:
At least I think it makes it a little clearer where to start it and how much you have to curve it to get it back in the fairway.
A dedicated player in the name of Morgan showed me his locker today. No comments...:).jpg&width=800&height=1066)
And a great finish to a great day:
Good night!

Gothenburg work
2010-06-16
Three awesome days in Gothenburg! It's been a mix of "Rikard-Fors-swing-drill practice-until-you-can't stand-up-anymore, total-all-out-100%-competition in the gym with Edfors and 18 holes of sweet golfing at Vallda Golf and Country Club.
But before any good training camps you have to GEAR AND STACK UP!!!
Look at his left hand...always ready for a game.
I aaalways take my nutrition seriously..jpg&width=800&height=1066)
I've gotten my swing much more on-plane now which I love to see. We have a lot of work left but my motivation is on a all-time high!
Pontus Eliasson came up to Vallda to show us how to swing it.
He also has a pretty impressive mustasch. I'm jealoous.
Nice sky to wake up to.
Nice hole to walk up to. Vallda is going to be one of the top courses in Sweden.
Edfors and a upcoming guy...
and his upcoming friend.
My game is coming slowly but it's all going in the right direction. Now I know what to work on at all aspects of the game which feels comforting. It's all up to me now how hard to work. I might work a little hard...I don't have much else stuff to do:)
At the airport now waiting for my flight to Nice and then back home to Monaco. It will be relaxing getting home...or not. We'll see.
See you there and hope you all are greeeeeat!
